Arts and Sciences Programs
At University of Phoenix, our arts and sciences curriculum builds upon personal and professional competence and values, information utilization and collaboration. You'll be exposed to educational opportunities that develop fundamental knowledge and professional skills from an interdisciplinary perspective that can be applied to real-world situations.
Additionally, you'll concentrate on communications, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. This foundation can provide the perspective necessary for meaningful self-examination, as well as the ability to cope effectively with social, technological, professional and cultural change.
Several program areas within arts and sciences are available, including communication, general studies and psychology. Different degree levels also are available. Depending upon your area of interest, you can earn your associate's degree at Axia College of University of Phoenix, then transition into a related bachelor's program at University of Phoenix. Or earn your bachelor's degree at University of Phoenix, then add to your credentials by completing one of our related master's degree programs.
